Folks,

I updated our prereqs to align with the other Eclipse Neon contributions. One of those was a move to Jetty 9.3.9 (from 9.3.5). That caused a compilation error in our Server Tools code- see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=495637 . Simply put, we will need to respin once this is fixed, and our RC4 declare will happen shortly after that.
