[wtp-releng] Wrong features of JSON Editor are on WTP download sites

The download site 
(http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R3.8.0/I-latest/repository/features/?d) 
contains wrong versions for JSON Editor features:

org.eclipse.wst.json_core.feature.source_3.8.0.v201601291607.jar
org.eclipse.wst.json_core.feature_1.0.0.v201603042101.jar
org.eclipse.wst.json_core.feature_3.8.0.v201601291607.jar
org.eclipse.wst.json_sdk.feature_1.0.0.v201603042101.jar
org.eclipse.wst.json_sdk.feature_3.8.0.v201601291607.jar
org.eclipse.wst.json_ui.feature.source_1.0.0.v201603042101.jar
org.eclipse.wst.json_ui.feature.source_3.8.0.v201601291607.jar
org.eclipse.wst.json_ui.feature_1.0.0.v201603042101.jar
org.eclipse.wst.json_ui.feature_3.8.0.v201601291607.jar

As I said before, we've set wrong version for JSON Editor features 
earlier and now we've fixed the versions to be 1.0.0.*. So the content 
of the download site is to be purged in order to get rid of wrong 
*.wst.json_*_3.8.0.*.jar features.
