Hello team,

The WTP build is currently experiencing a problem and it fails to run in the current Maven ( 3.3.1 and 3.3.3). The problem is still being worked on. The Hudson team upgraded the WTP HIPP to 3.2.2 and Maven to 3.3.3 but the build still failed to use the WTP toolchains. I've suggested to add IBM JRE 1.4 to the common toolchains but the Hudson team didn't respond to it yet. Please see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=472084 for more details.
While the problem is investigated, the WTP build falls back to run on Maven 3.2.5 after the HIPP upgrade and it works fine. The daily driver is still built as expected.
