It looks like the Dali tests were broken, and thus the whole wtp-tests-repo was not created.  Here is an excerpt from the log:

We'll need to get that fixed up and have a respin before declaring.

All is OK with today's 3.6.3 build. But there is no tests repository on the download page for 3.7.
