I believe the credentials are correct because
I'm able to clone the repository. If I put in the incorrect credentials,
I can't clone the repository. After the repository is cloned created successfully,
I can't do a pull or commit due to the error I mentioned before.

Do I need to contact the WTP Git administrator to get this fixed? If so,
who should I contact? 
It seems like it an underlying SSH issue. It's more Eclipse an infrastructure
issue than a Git problem. You should open a bug against Eclipse Foundation
> Community > Git asking webmaster to ask for help.
