[wtp-releng] Testing the CBI-built platform

Folks,

As per David Williams' request to cross-projects, I've moved our WTP 3.5.0 build up to the last PDE-build version of the platform.  Once I address the issues with that build, I will move the WTP 3.5.0 up to a CBI-build, to ensure that that does not break the WTP build.  As such, there may be a lot of churn over the next couple of days.  (And if I cannot get things working before Wednesday, we will move back to the last good build, so that we have something to declare this week.)
