Ian,

As was discussed on the WTP status call, this is the same WTP driver that was declared last week.  The only difference between what was declared and what was sent out for smoke testing was one PMC approved bug in Java EE Tools.  Since this was thought to be our last build, Chuck wants it smoke tested one last time.  However, there will be a necessary update to the eclipselink prereqs - see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=388273 .  As part of that, I will update the other prereqs to their RC3 levels.
So, simply put, yes this is expected.

Many of the pre-reqs listed on this page are at a pre-Juno level (some are no longer available), and WTP itself is a week old. Is this expected?
