[wtp-releng] Map files are available for WTP 3.4.1 and 3.5.0

Folks,

I have branched the map files over to R3_4_maintenance.  That Git branch will be used for WTP 3.4.1 builds (which are not yet working, but hopefully will be working tonight).  We will use master for WTP 3.5.0 builds.  Both sets of map files are ready for teams to release content to the build.  I am working on the wiki page that will provide exact details, however, due to the lateness of the day, I wanted to make sure that teams knew that the map files are there and ready, such that if a team feels confident in committing, tagging, and pushing their changes to their Git repository, they can also update the tag in the corresponding webtools.maps.git file, and the content will be pulled into the build.  As soon as I have verified the content of the wiki, I will send out the URL.
Also, for the Dali team- due to the way Git works, all of the map files need to be in the same branch.  That means that we cannot have the Dali map files come from R3_2_maintenance... we need all of the map files to come from the same branch.  Please release your WTP 3.4.1 (Dali 3.2.1) changes to the R3_4_maintenance version of releng.dali.
In the future, we will look into setting up an autotagging solution, so that we will not have to copy the version tags by hand to the corresponding locations in the map files.  But for now, we need to live with a manual update of the tags.
Please let me know if you have any questions/comments/concerns about the structure of webtools.maps.git, or the contents therein.

FWIW,
