Folks,

I am requesting a respin to pick up the latest prerequisites for M7.  I had thought that when I updated the version of Eclipse that we use to compile WTP last week, I had also updated the prereqs to near-M7 levels.  However, I was wrong- we are still building against M6.  Added to that is the fact that at least one bundle was finally purged from Eclipse 4.2 M7... so as such, I feel it best if we respin with the proper prereqs.  This respin may effect compilation and the smoke tests themselves for all teams... when the build is done, I plan to pull it down and smoke test it again myself.  I encourage other teams to do so, also.

Web services failed the smoke tests due to the fix for bug 378175 - Service project and service project type need to be refreshed when web service target runtime changes . (See smoke test results). 

We are requesting a respin. Only the Web services component need to re-test.
