[wtp-releng] conflicting features related to jsdt

Hi Everyone,

I noticed there seems to be some conflicting features in 2 of the 
modules related to jsdt. The following features seem to appear in both 
the modules "org.eclipse.jsdt" as well as "sourceediting".

org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.feature
org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.feature.patch
org.eclipse.wst.jsdt_sdk.feature
org.eclipse.wst.jsdt_tests.feature

I'm not sure which one was best to use but in my build I decided to go 
with the one found in org.eclipse.jsdt.
