Currently, all of the source for the main release of WTP is in CVS.  See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=376211 for the effort to convert over to Git, which will happen immediately after the Juno release.  The WTP PMC and its release engineer (me) have decided to wait until after Juno to undergo such efforts, so that we will not be destabilized right before a major release.

Thanks Nitin,

I was looking at the Source link on the WTP project page [1] and was 
under the impression that the code was in CVS. However your link seems 
to indicate there's a git repo. Is there a link where I can find the 
full list of repos related to this project and if they are in git or not?
