[wtp-releng] Smoke Test Request DELAYED for WTP 3.4.0 I-build towards WT

Carl upgraded the base this week, that
introduced some tighter compiler settings introducing some issues with
mismatched JDK support levels.
In short, the org.eclipse.wst.xsd.core
plugin supports the Java 1.4 version,
but depends on EMF which supports Java 5.
This is a potential problem we need
to address for all projects, as many of our plugins have different Java
level support.

We will delay smoketesting this build,
and discuss in today's status meeting how to proceed.
