Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.4.0 I-build
towards WTP 3.4.0

We had success last week with our 4.2 sniff testing, and the problems found
were resolved this week,
or won't effect the smoketest, so we are
moving forward with using our 4.2 platform builds for smoke testing.

Please document your Project's testing and approval of this build,
by end of business(5pm EST) Monday, or let us know if that's not possible.

The wtp zip's are not available yet on this build page - please use the
p2 repo's or the equivalent zips from the 3.8 based builds.
