Neil,
A respin sounds good. I will kick it off now. Nothing will have
changed, so no additional smoke tests will be needed. We will hold off on
declaring our M1 driver.

There seems to have been some sort of environment problem that led to a
large number of JPT tests to fail in the latest 3.4 build. I suggest
that we continue smoke testing with this build, and respin just to get a
cleaner test run for the declare.
