In case the 1721 unit test failures were
a build machine glitch, I'm going to go ahead and do a rebuild and retest.

They appear to all be from the same
sort of "resource already exists" reason like maybe something
didn't get cleanly deleted. But, if anyone knows otherwise, let us know.

This fix has been released as of around 1:30pm ET.  I
have asked Stefan to update the smoke test page when he is able to verify
the build.  I'll check on things tomorrow and verify if necessary.

I also took the opportunity to update the platform prereq to their (probable)
RC2 version, I20110519-1138

Given the timing, I would appreciate not having to wait until Monday to
declare our build, so hope someone can verify the Dali re-build late today?
Or Saturday? Or .. Sunday? But, I admit it's not "officially"
due until Tuesday, so will leave it up to the Dali team's ability to schedule
that verification.

A serious regression has been found in the JPA Diagram Editor component
smoke test.  A fix and respin will be required to promote the build
to meet the necessary quality requirements of an RC.  I am still waiting
for bug information from the component lead.  Once I have the bug
number I will add to the smoke test page.  A fix is not yet available.

by 5 PM Thursday (Eastern Time) (at the latest), 
or let us know if that's not possible. 

The unit tests are still running, but I believe smoke testing could get
started with little risk.
