Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.2.0 RC4

Something must be wrong ... our build
completed without any unit test failures! 
And I didn't even cheat this time! Congratulations
everyone! 

Please document your Project's testing
and approval of this build, by Friday, 
3 PM (Eastern Time), or let us know if
that's not possible.

Our RC4 build should be our final delivery
for Helios, unless extreme bugs/regressions found.
So, test well. 

We'll discuss at status meeting, but I
propose we smoke test this build as usual, but not promote until 
closer to our "required" day.
Specifically, I propose we promote on Tuesday, EOD.  

After that RC4 delivery, any final builds
we need will need to be approved by the Planning Council 
Lead ... and we all know what a grouch
he can be. :)
