The failure in jsdt.web.ui.tests is from
a test file that didn't get tagged.  It shouldn't hold up any other
teams, and while I've given the file the correct tag, I don't believe a
respin is warranted for it..

Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.2.0 RC2 

Please document your Project's testing and approval of build, by Friday,
3 PM (Eastern Time), or let us know if that's not possible.

There are several JUnit tests that failed, and that need to be explain
as part of the sign-off. 
Or, fixed, if they indicate a regression. 

There are still releng failures. No more copyright errors! Thanks! Only
one more inconsistent license 
file. Can that be fixed? Should we respin for that? A number of layout
errors and about files missing?
