[wtp-releng] I canceled latest test run

In case anyone is wonder why latest
I build has not tests ... the build took 8 or 9 hours to finish, and tests
were just beginning! 

I don't think there's anything wrong,
exactly, except I think the server(s) are getting packed up for EclipseCon
:) 

I wanted to start another build to confirm
the moved jax-ws code could still be checked out, etc., ... and wanted
to be sure to find out today! :) 

Now you know what I know.
