[wtp-releng] Moving up pre-reqs today, for next build

Normally we'd never change pre-reqs
on the day scheduled to declare our milestone! ... but, we have to, at
least once, to match up to the Equinox (P2) changes. 

I'll be changing build now, to use platform
build from I20100310-1800.

So, you just as well use that one with
smoke tests. 
Angel, I'll release server discovery
patch to avoid compile errors, but you'll need to check or fix 
behavior issues as mentioned in 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=292678#c31
Just let me know if/when you'd like
to start a respin to pick up those behavior changes. 

And, to be current, I'll also update
to dtp-sdk-1.8.0M6-201003110949.zip.


I didn't see new I-builds from GEF or
EMF.
