Not sure if others have hit problems like this, but I encountered the 
following error while installing Dali from releases/staging.  I started 
from scratch again to try and reproduce and was unable to, so I guess 
this might have just been a localized hiccup.  I didn't have any 
problems installing from webtools/milestones.

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
 session context was:(profile=SDKProfile, 
phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.provisional.p2.engine.phases.Collect, 
operand=, action=).
 Problems downloading artifact: 
osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.emf.codegen.ecore,2.5.0.v200906151043.
   Unpacking fails because intermediate file is empty: 
C:\...\work4446167241796043509\p2.optimizers.incoming6362607630228165337.jar
 Problems downloading artifact:
