[wtp-releng] Which build for RC1?

The build running today finally finished:

but has 3 JUnit errors (lists as 6, but really 3 I think). Are these known 
intermittent issues? Or anything new that would cause us to not want to 
declare that one as RC1? 

The other candidate is 
http://build.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/wtp-R3.1-S/20090519041046/S-3.1RC1-20090519042336/ 

which is the one everyone has been testing today (and passed).
