Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.1 I-build for RC1

Please document your Project's testing and approval of our 3.1 RC1 build,
by Monday 2 PM (Eastern Time) Status meeting, or let us know if that's not possible.


This weekly I-build is to help us reset our internal clocks since from now
on out weekly rhythm will be to always have our "weekly builds" for 3.1 at
the first of the week (Monday/Tuesday) as we produce RC builds before our 3.1 Release.
