[wtp-releng] Please help test the epp jee package

There is an SR2 JEE package available for testing at
http://build.eclipse.org/technology/epp/epp_build/34/download/20090223-1914/index.html

If you want to see if there is a more recent one, you can check the lower left hand part of
http://build.eclipse.org/ganymede/
where it says "packages".

While we won't do any formal sign-offs for each WTP Project,
I'd suggest each Project do a sanity check with it to make sure it
holds together as you think it should.
