I'm not sure exactly what caused the JPT to stop running, but I am guessing it has something to do with the dependency issue in the last couple of DTP builds.  The very latest DTP nightly seems to resolve the issue, so I assume that tests will pass when we move up.  http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/datatools/downloads/drops/N_DTP_1.7/dtp-sdk-1.7.0M5-200902051305.zip
