We have found a blocker in the JEE smoke test:

The problem is not observed in 3.0.1 and 3.1 M1 release, so it seems to be introduced with code changes made this week. It may also affect 3.0.1 patches.

Note 
There are 7 Junit failures on this build. 
JEE failures are being investigated but does 
not affect smoketest 
JSF - fix is being 
released and will be smoketesting the next build, but this does not prevent 
other teams from smoketesting current build.
