[wtp-releng] I've moved our 3.0 S build to 'archives'

And they will be deleted from 'archives'
about a week after we release. 
The purpose of moving them there now,
temporarily, is to "free up" some disk space on eclipse.org (and
more important, on all the mirrors) that will soon be full of Ganymede.


All our milestones together are only
4 G ... but, every little bit helps. 

I've left all the RC's on the normal
site, for now, and will probably leave them there until they are deleted
... the day we release, I guess. 

Let me know if anyone has any special
needs.
