Note:
There are 35 Junit failures on this build but does not affect build fitness.
28 of the JEM ones are believed to be build machine specific issues, the 2 other ones are none issues that will be commented out in the next build.
2 JEE failures are none issues, bugzillia is opened and will be commented out for the next build.
1 source edting (dtd) also does not affect smoketesting the build and is addressed in the next build.
