Thanks for the quick diagnosis, Neil. 

I have reverted to the M5 level of all our pre-reqs. (I
know there is at least the suspicion that emf changes might have led to
the JEM failures too, which Carl is looking into). 

And this couldn't come at a better time ... Helen has
been asking me "how do we know it's ok to move up to a new build"
and I've been reassuring her, "oh it's fine, it's very unlikely a
new build would break anything."   There's nothing like being
reminded of our fragile dependancy on others!  :)

Helen,

It looks like the new Platform is to blame for our test failures.  Looks
like they may have introduces some bugs as a result of the fix for bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=196200.

We can look into this more tomorrow, but I think we would want to stick
with M5 Platform for now, which should solve the failures.
