We'll see. While the base builder was
wrong, that wasn't causing the complete failure we were seeing. 
I think the EMF team mistakenly built
their maintenance stream with 3.4 as the minimum pre-req for several
jdt components. 
I've open https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=201695

where they can tell us if I'm wrong.

I released the wrong "basebuilder" . 
I've opened

to improve the situation in the future.

I think someone has their streams mixed up for the 2.0.1 builds? When the
JST part of the build starts, there's a bunch of constraint errors
that are as below. Naturally, for 2.0.1 builds, we can only pre-req 3.3!

Any one want to take the red clown nose before I look? 

       Missing required plug-in org.eclipse.debug.core_[3.4.0,4.0.0).
       Missing required plug-in org.eclipse.jdt.core_[3.4.0,4.0.0).
       Missing required plug-in org.eclipse.jdt.launching_[3.4.0,4.0.0).
