[wtp-releng] Status of RC2 candidate for a candidate build: who did not

The cut-off was ~supposed~ to be 8 PM
Wednesday (EDT) ... granted, a few unlucky souls were up late working,
that's ok ... but 8 AM Thursday is a bit late to be checking in changes
(Naci :) 

We will be needing good thorough smoke
tests today, only blocking or critical regressions would be grounds for
a re-spin. 

ETA of the candidate for a candidate
build is 10 AM Eastern, but ... Eclipse.org is having trouble catching
up from its long night of work  ...  but usually it catches up
by 10 AM, so .. 
let's hope for the best ... for now.
