Yes, I think here is a problem with
PHP and/or "cluster replication", 
I've sent query to eclipse.org webmaster,
but seems to be nothing obvious. 
Has anyone changed the index.php pages
lately? (e.g. yesterday?).  


As for tomcat, not sure ... do any of
our tests depend on using port 8080 or 8000? I think some of these were
recently 
usurped by others using build.eclipse.org
(e.g. by the owning webmaster of that machine!)

hopefully that sort of access is what
you mean. 

Jeffrey ... is there a reason the RHEL3.0_IBM1.4.2
 tests aren't running? That
might provide some "independent" information.

This build isn't avaliable for download....  Is there a problem refreshing
the website? 

Regarding the continuing junit failures - I have not been able to track
these down(and reproduce locally) - and may need access to the build machine
to reproduce. 
Is the Tomcat instance configured properly?
