 SSE Smoke tests PASS on S-1.5M6-200604140226

Verified XML & XSD source validation work again.
I could not get any WSDL source validation errors to appear,
so I'm not quite sure if it's working or not.  I'll leave that up
for the WSDL team to decide.

Other than that, no major bugs found, though the following
bugs were opened:
bug 136852 - html validation errors/warnings not always
updated when typing tags
bug 136856 - NullPointerException in W11Description.getTypes
when delete tags in WSDL
bug 136858 - wsdl source validation does not appear to
work

Thanks for tracking these down and supplying patches. 
I've examined them and they are perfectly safe, and 

I've decided to re-spin the M6 build one more time, because 
this type of validation problems have been broken for a while, and we need
to not only restore to 
previous level, but restore to previous level so it can be fully tested!

I have re-tested the as-you-type source validation for XML, WSDL and XSD
and found two regressions. I think I have found the root causes and provided
fixes. Please see:

Both fixes are very simple but I would appreciate someone else to verify.
 I have not committed or released (since I am not a committer).

Bug 136764 No source validation for xml, xsd, wsdl

This bug appeared due to fixing bug 130649 (Tie source validation with
batch validation preferences when possible)  Problem was basically,
if there is no direct corresponding batch validator for a source validator,
the source validator would be disabled.  Fix is if there is no corresponding
batch validator for a source validator, the source validator should still
be ran during source validation.  See bug for more details.

This is a safe, isolated fix, and it has been released for respin.

Other teams do not have to re-test the rebuild for this particular fix
unless WSDL/XSD would like to verify source validation. (sse can do a quick
spot-check)
