It looks like that plug-in's source
code directory did not handle the Eclipse server meltdown of last week
very well.  I have copied over a version of the source code that I
had from 3/29 and released it.  Everything should be working now.

Remember, if you remove a source folder, you need to fix up your build.properties
files. 
And ... if you didn't remove it ... then, not sure what's wrong.
