I figured out the problem.  If
you are trying to connect from EclipseCon, you get redirected to a cached
version of the Eclipse website.  This is the redirected URL.  Anybody
know why they are hiding the live website from EclipseCon attendees?

I cannot access this build.  It does not appear to be posted to the
website.  The newest build I see is from 3/17.

I know its a hard week to ask for smoke tests, but please do so on subject
build, or ... if a "must test" team can not, say by EOD Wednesday,
please let us know if/when you can. 

Also, its has one WSI failint JUnit test that needs investigating.
