Please assess suitability to declare
this build -- also, please fix that failing JUnit test in 
org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.tests_
 ... I think it maybe was committed
to head, but not released? 


Please note: it does require you run/test
with the pre-M6 I build as linked from the download page
(for Navigator changes).
