[wtp-releng] R1 projects tagged with R1_0_0

Just for the record, I've tagged all
the projects used in the Release 1 build with the tag R1_0_0
including

releng
releng.builder
releng.wtpbuilder

This is patially to have redundancy
in the important tags but is primarily a convenience, as some CVS operations
(e.g. compare) are easier if there's a common tag). 
if there is ever any doubt or desire
to rebuild, the map files included with the build (as 'directory.txt')
should  be the final word.
