[wtp-releng] Just ignore that man behind the curtain

I'm going to be putting some changes
for more fine grained features into HEAD. 

It'll probably take a few days to iron
out basics, so just ignore anything funny looking that might be related
(e.g. massive "head builds"
breakages). . 

After it settles down, I'll announce
more widely and let others know what they need to do to adjust, 
if anything. 

In the mean time, for the next few days,

if someone really really needs to change
the feature definitions 
used in released builds, let me know
and we can coordinate.
