Ok, I'll revert to building wst as one
big featue, until this is better understood. 

I thought we could do in small incremental
steps, but we can wait until ready to switch over 
completely.

The failure seems to be due to changes in wst feature.xml
-

I remember something about build tools requiring features to be build 
seperately in the order of dependencies (i.e. wst>wst-sdk>jst>jst-sdk).
 
So fine-grain features must be build seperately.

We will need an extra assembly stage to zip the packages.
