[wtp-releng] Rerunning build to fix JUnit failures

I've discovered the cause of the Dali JUnit failures ... me! 

Bug 295640 - extraVMArgs must be 'line' in vmarg tag, not 'value' 

I'm going to start another build with that fixed. While the Dali tests 
were the only ones that failed, there might have been a few others that 
didn't run quite right (since the 'extraVMargs would not have been as 
expected). 

If it finishes this evening with reasonable JUnit results and if no maps 
have changed, I'll declare that build based on smoke tests results of 
currently available build. But, at the first sign of trouble (or other 
changes) I'll abandon the new one and declare what's currently available. 

Sorry for all the 'bad builds' this week ... when it rains, it pours.

Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.2 I-build towards WTP 3.2 M4

This is for our first I-build towards Helios M4. 

I haven't looked in detail at the failing JUnit tests in Dali, but one of 
them, at least, looks like a glitch (still) in our WTP tests ... while

No, that is the cause for the large number of DNFs. 

A DNF usually means a test "times out". But, technically, it only means 
"there was supposed to be some output from the test, but there was no 
output found". So, anything that causes the test to exit in an abnormal 
way will "lose" the output ... in this case, Eclipse won't even start, so 
not output is generated, so shows up as a "DNF". 

It Did Not Finish because it Did Not Start. :)

Unfortunately a serious issue has been found in the final M3 testing for 
Dali.  I have updated the smoke tests with a Fail for Dali as I think 
this issue is serious enough to postpone declaration.  Details can be 
found here - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=294379.

We should have a fix released for this bug shortly, so I am requesting a 
respin after the fix has been released.  We should be able to retest 
early tomorrow morning and declare by noon tomorrow.

Please let me know if there are any objections, comments, or questions.  
I will update the list when we have released the code, assuming there 
aren't objections.
