Hi

my name is Jens Lukowski, main developer of X-Men, a XML plugin for 
Eclipse, an open source project at sourceforge.net published under the 
CPL (see http://sf.net/projects/xmen for details).
I would like to contribute in the Web Standard tools subproject.
Some parts especially the XMLSpy-like table view might be of interest to 
the project but it's in a very early stage. I would contribute the code 
to the project if you are interested...
