Re: [wtp-pmc] Approval of 3.13 Release and review materials

I suppose we could remove/redirect that page to point at one of these:

Or we could redirect it to the latest release:

WTDY, Nitin? I like solutions that require minimal future maintenance... so one of the top two?

Very nice document.

One minor issue, though, is on page 5 it says "We document all our <new and noteworthy items> for every release", but the link goes to
https://www.eclipse.org/webtools/development/news/main.php
where the most recent "New" document is for WTP 3.8 (June 22, 2016).

I am not sure if the ".../news/main.php" page is wrong, or the statement on page 5 is no longer true.
If the later, perhaps just change it to "We sometimes document all our <new and noteworthy items>" :)

Best,

Fellow PMC members,
Please vote your approval for the release document draft posted https://www.eclipse.org/webtools/releaseReviews/201903/WebTools-3.13.pdf(or give feedback with corrections that need to be made).

Beyond the regular updates to the bug counts, changes include some fixes to our history section and mentions of our main themes for this release.
