Dear WTP PMC Members,

Could you please help us with the Oomph installer issue in Neon.1:

Oomph setup for JSDT IDE fails

The issue has no impact on JSDT Neon.1 itself, but prevents developers 
to quickly  install IDE, import the required projects and setup the 
required TP prerequisites in order to easily and quickly start contributing.

The fix (https://git.eclipse.org/r/80879) changes the repository unit 
tests URL from I-latest to R-3.8.0-20160608130753 in order to prevent 
the issue during the set up.

PMC Defect Review is opened for the fix.
