[wtp-pmc] Do we will need or want the wtp-requirements list?

wtp-requirements 

The last post was on November 28, 06 .. and now that I look at it,  that 
was some junk mail! 

I'm not sure why it didn't show up on the webmasters "audit" of unused 
lists, see bug 273110

But, I plan to ask them to archive and remove that wtp-requirements list.
Let me know if I'm seeing something wrong and we still need it.
