	I think it's just enough to create Bugzilla entry. 
	On regular basis the Ux Bugzilla requests could be extracted and

The wiki page looks good. I have the following questions on the process,

1) To submit a new idea, do I need to create a bugzilla and an entry in
the wiki? Why not have just the bugzilla to start with?
2) In the bugzilla, why do you need to update both the whiteboard and
keyword fields?
