Is their a reason the names have to
be suppressed if marked as PMC_approved? I could see that some might still
want to review it even after approved, if they hadn't looked at it yet.


Plus, there is a new bug, now that "tentatively
approved" has been added ... after "tentatively approved",
negative votes no longer show up in the "no" column. as for the
current state of 
bug 157098
.

"--" means someone explicitly changed the status whiteboard field
from "PMC" to "PMC_approved". This usually means more
than 3 PMC members had voted +1 on it.
