Today
should be the last build for 1.5.1 unless we hit a stop-ship problem.

I was asking for the plan. So after today, a
request for PMC approval should only be for show-stopper regressions.
Thanks for the clarification.

Is that a rhetorical question, implying you think its time to stop re-spining? :)
Or .. are you really asking what the plan is?
Assuming the latter, yes, it is "today" ... at the status call, we
said we'd do one more build to pick up wsdl editor fixes. And we said the
critical bug 156768 was still being investigated, and that is the
source of Kathy's proposed work-around fix in bug 158210. I encourage a
positive for that one. (or, be explicit if you disapprove, otherwise it will be
released later this evening).
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=158210
Also, the data tools team has informed me their clients have found a fairly bad
bug that can be fixed by them just fixing some of their XMI definition files.
They will soon be requesting approval for that one too. (I suspect safe since
"just" XMI files).
So ... as long as "today" means midnight we are on track. I think
these few still going in are all highly isolated do not invalidate other
testing,
and will be perceived as substantial improvements in WTP quality, so, in my
opinion, they are worth the tiny risk of getting a bad build.
Naturally, if any of you on the PMC disagree, please don't hesitate to speak up
and we can discuss your concerns.
Thanks,

Hi,
When will the PMC approval window close and the quiet period for the final
release begin? Isn’t it today?
Sorry if I missed the discussion on this in the status call.
Thanks
