In a rare move to plan ahead, I see I won't be able to attend the 2/7 PMC
call, due to another "all day" meeting. 

(And, Arthur can speak for himself, but believe he'll have similar limitation).

If there's any urgent business we need to discuss as a PMC I will be available
for phone calls later in that week (thursday or friday), 
and email most days.
