[wtp-pmc] Regrets for Tuesday's 12/13 PMC call

I will be attending EMO Architecture
Council meeting this week (on your behalf :) so will be harder to reach
Tuesday through Thursday. 

I will still be checking mail once a
day, or so, but will literally be travel during our normal call time on
Tuesday. 

BTW, I've already checked, and Naci
will be "in town" to handle any last minute build issues (which
I hope we 
don't need).
