[wtp-pmc] Fw: [Bug 117052] Build environment requirements

Looks like Denis can provide us with some more horsepower. Maybe the direct CVS connection would eliminate the spurious build failures. As we head towards WTP 1.0 release, this extra horsepower could be handy. I suggest we set up a parallel build infracture on the Eclipse Foundation server after M9 is released.

I just need to set up the server ... Essentially you'll be able to SSH in like
dev.eclipse.org and access the same paths for CVS and downloads.

Kim, Platform is more than welcome to use the machine. It's got plenty of power
just waiting to be used. Like all other Foundation hosted equipement, support
is as outlined in the Foundation's support policy for Strategic Developers.
IBM should have a copy of that.
