[wtp-pmc] Post WTP 1.0 Release Number

We are now going through the exercise
of targetting bugs to future releases. Some will end up in a post WTP 1.0
release (assume 3Q06). I'd like to create targets for that. What should
the number be?

WTP 1.1 - if we don't think this is
a major revision. 
WTP 1.5 - since we will support J2EE
1.5
WTP 2.0 - since that is what we were
calling it before the renumbering
